About High Density Poly Ethylene:
It’s called hybrid because A&B Accessories use High DPE for exposed and ground contact surfaces and pre finished redwood for structural areas. It has a wood grain texture for traction, is solid color throughout (scratches won’t show) and has a 5-year warranty. The combination gives it strength, rigidity, relatively lightweight and a very competitive price. A&B Accessories currently inventory HDPE in gray, redwood and beige colors. Espresso (dark brown) will be added this summer.

Some interesting attributes of HDPE are;

• It takes 8 milk jugs to make one pound of plastic lumber.
• Recycling plastic bottles:
• Uses 88 percent less energy to make than from virgin materials.
• Recycling one plastic bottle saves enough energy to power a 60W light bulb for 6 hours.

Limited Warranty:
A&B warrants any products delivered will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. A&B sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at A&B option, any product which is non -conforming provided any such product failure was not caused by a subsequent modification of the product, misuse or a failure to follow any applicable instructions for the product.
